I have some exciting news to share. I'm launching a one-of-a-kind company called [*ClearKinetic*](https://clearkinetic.com/). This is a bold transition for me professionally and one that I embrace with clarity and a drive to make a positive difference in the world. ### Why ClearKinetic? Education is undergoing massive and disruptive changes. No type of education is left unaffected. Professional associations, workforce training, workplace talent development, PK-12 education, and higher education are all facing exponential change and the stakes have never been greater. It's easy to feel overwhelmed by the complexity or fall into doing what has always been done. Today, I'm running toward change and investing in being a unique part of creating education solutions designed for a bright future. ClearKinetic is committed to pursuing a simple, yet powerful mission of *helping people and organizations thrive in an ever-changing world*. Our vision is to be the premier education strategy and design consultancy specializing in creating unique and future-ready education programs, services, and experiences that unify both learning and business outcomes.  Using a one-of-a-kind consulting approach, ClearKintic partners with our clients to optimize clarity through complexity and take confident actions that create highly effective education solutions and make sound business sense.  ### What's Next? ClearKinetic is a moonshot idea, and it will only thrive through connection. I'm inviting you to join me on this journey. If you know someone that would benefit from knowing about the ClearKinetic mission, I would appreciate an introduction. You can share my [website contact page to schedule a meeting time](https://clearkinetic.com/contact), or feel free to email me at [BuckyDodd@ClearKinetic.com.](mailto:BuckyDodd@ClearKinetic.com)   ### Let's Get Started! I'm getting right to work accelerating the ClearKinetic mission. Starting January 17, 2023, I'll be offering an awesome new workshop called [Creating Future-Ready Education Programs](https://clearkinetic.com/creating-future-ready-education-programs). This unique workshop is all about practical techniques for creating highly-effective educational programs that unify learning design and business strategy principles. **Until December 9, 2022, I'm offering a 50% discount on registrations to the workshop using the discount code "ClearKinetic".**   [Learn More](https://clearkinetic.com/creating-future-ready-education-programs)or [Register Now](https://app.hubspot.com/payments/Sv7iKPFE?referrer=PAYMENT_LINK) I look forward to seeing you in the workshop and collaborating in the future! -Bucky About ClearKinetic ClearKinetic is a boutique visual strategy studio that helps education and training leaders improve learning outcomes, drive business results, and unlock new value.
